I was curious if we have an island that is dropped into the middle of this large space, how do you interact with what’s on the other side of the kitchen? So I was thinking – a clear screen with digital readout. Having that transparent screen, it makes it a very interactive island so someone could be on the front side cooking and someone on the backside watching a TV. So we were thinking how do you interact with something that plays a prominent role in the home and we were thinking something very informal. You’re in your home so how would that voice. I was also seeing warmer metals so I have what I call a rose bronze. It’s not too pink. It’s not too warm. How that plays with other really rich cream. If you could take an entire kitchen and drop it into an urban loft let’s say, you could have accessories, pantry peripherals along a wall or not at all. The idea is that you have this cooktop surface – do you need an oven? So, more of that compact urban living – really getting it down to the essentials. We have a self-watering herb garden. We are seeing home gardening on the rise. Think about urban home gardening – so if you’re if you’re in a space and you don’t actually have an exterior gardening space, how do you bring that indoors? So the screen actually acts as grow lights for this self watering herb garden. Once you prepare your ingredients, you can drop your natural waste into the compost drawer and then it produces compost pucks which then are put back into the herb garden, completing that whole herb garden cycle. We have a fresh food freezer within one single drawer. We also have the compost drawer and we have a dishwasher. On the countertop, we have a colander and drying rack that rest beneath a cutting board. The cutting board is flush with the countertop – giving you a little more prep space and such a small linear footprint. That actually goes seamlessly into an induction anywhere zone on the countertop.
